How to make a Referral or organise a visit

Making a call or completing our online referral form is the first step of the referral process. Our Referral Team is specially trained in Autistic Spectrum Conditions and has a thorough knowledge of our services.
You will be able to discuss your individual or family member in confidence with a professional who will become your key contact during the referral process. All the people we support receive a free pre-admission assessment which will establish their interests, needs, abilities and identify which of our services we feel would be the most appropriate.

All pre-admission assessment requests must be made by a care professional responsible for the individual’s care.  We are happy to arrange for families and care professionals to visit our residential and hospital services to meet our management and clinical teams.
