You will have an opportunity to discuss the particular needs of a client or relative and to receive guidance on what services Brookdale Care is able to provide.

Your needs and requirements will be noted and passed on to one of Brookdale Care’s clinical managers who will make contact with you to arrange a date for a comprehensive assessment. No fee is charged for this service. Following the assessment you will receive a detailed written report. This will also include a fully costed proposal on how Brookdale Care could support the needs of the individual.
