How To Make A Referral
Brookdale Care is the leading independent provider of specialist residential and low secure hospital care for adults with Autism and Asperger syndrome (Autistic Spectrum Disorders).
Making a referral is simple - the normal steps include

- Admission
- Ongoing Review and Assessments
You will be able to discuss the particular needs of your client or relative and receive guidance on which autism service might be best suited to meet their needs. Next, we encourage you to come and visit our specialist ASD residential care homes or autism hospital, to meet with our managers and members of the therapeutic team to find out how we can support your relative or client to reach their full potential.
If you are a care professional we can arrange for a Pre-Admission Assessment, Court Report or Diagnostic Assessment for your client with Autism and Asperger syndrome. We have clients within our hospital and residential care services that are funded by Health and Social Care Learning Disability and Mental Health Teams.
