Dean Beadle Inspirational Speaker with Asperger

Dean Beadle is a 22 year old man with Asperger syndrome.  Dean has developed a career as a journalist and a professional speaker at autism conferences and parent & carer talks.

Dean has created a number of talks looking at all aspects of growing up and living with Asperger syndrome.  His talk at Autism Cymru's fourth international conference on June 21 & 22 has been recorded and loaded to youtube and you can watch the first 13 minutes here.  During this talk Dean talks about the positives of Asperger syndrome as well as discussing some of the difficulties he faced at school and how a few key individuals enabled him to get through mainstream education.

Dean Beadle is talking at a number of autism conferences this year including Autism Today conference on 11 & 12 July.
