Mary Hayward - Senior Occupational Therapist

Mary Hayward is an experienced and versatile Senior Occupational Therapist and Clinical Governance Manager, having worked both in the NHS and the Independent Sector, for many years.

Mary has developed expertise in Occupational Therapy clinical practice and management in many different fields, including physical and mental health, autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and brain injuries, both with children and adults. Mary has also successfully led and facilitated the implementation of clinical and corporate national standards and regulations for quality improvement and participated in the commissioning of clinical services and is an accredited surveyor for CHKS.

Mary is currently leading the development of the Occupational Therapy Service at Milton Park Hospital, within the Therapeutic Services Team, providing diagnostic assessments and interventions based on a sensory integrative model.
