Valentine's Day at Autism Hospital

Last week the Resource Centre at Milton Park Hospital held a Disco for both hospital and residential clients to celebrate St Valentine’s Day.
Activities were set up in the art and crafts room to enable clients to get involved with creating the decorations for the Disco; this included cards, posters and creating the play list for the DJ.
Chris, the Head Chef, and his team provided a mouthwatering buffet of valentine desserts, such as chocolate dipped strawberries and cheesecakes. Over twenty clients danced the night away to some funky music played by our resident DJ Steve, which included some super “superman” dance moves. Overall, the event was a huge success and it was a great opportunity for our clients to socialise with each other and have some fun.
