National Autistic Society's Professional Conference

Brookdale Care is exhibiting at The National Autistic Society's first ever Professional Conference. The conference is aimed at giving care professionals working in the field of autism the unique opportunity to come together, discuss best practice and share each other's learning.
The 2 day conference, on 16th & 17th March, is aiming to provide a balanced perspective on the current challenges facing professionals working with children, adolescents and adults across the autistic spectrum.

Presentations will present an overview of the changing autism environment and a series of expert seminars will give you practical strategies to share with your colleagues. At our informal breakfast briefings and evening panel debate you will get the chance to meet and share ideas with other professionals.
The NAS is hoping to attract:
• Education professionals from mainstream schools, special schools & local authorities
• Directors and senior managers with responsibility for local authority autism service provision
• Directors and senior managers at adult service providers
• Clinicians across the professional field including psychiatrists, psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, GPs, and nurses
