Adolescent Services
Located at Elm House, Brookdale Care offers the provision of a specialist adolescent service for people with ASD, aged between 16-18 who require diagnostic assessment and treatment. A full range of educational, therapeutic and leisure activities are provided by appropriately qualified staff.
The adolescent home has its own kitchen, dining room, quiet room and lounge with satellite television, offering an age-appropriate safe and secure setting.
Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom with toilet and shower facilities. The Brookdale Care multi-disciplinary team is trained and experienced in working with young people with Autism and Aspergers syndrome.
Referrals are being accepted from a variety of sources; youth offending teams, residential schools, children and adolescent mental health services and children's learning disability teams.
