Sheridan House - CQC Inspection

On the 8th of January 2015 the Care Quality Commission (CQC) carried out a routine unannounced inspection of Sheridan House.

The reason the CQC check homes is to see whether the service provided by care organisations is safe, gives good results, caring, meets people’s needs, and is managed well.

Sheridan House was assessed in a variety of different areas and found to be a good standard in all of them. To see the full report please click here or to see the official page on the CQC website click here.

Matt Capener Head of Residential Care at Brookdale said  'I’m thrilled with the recent CQC report for Sheridan House showing an overall rating of ‘good’. We support some residents with complex and challenging needs in this service and the report clearly demonstrates the level of dedication and expertise that is shown by the whole staff team on a daily basis. Well done to all.'

We are delighted with the results and really commend the staff at Sheridan for upholding the high standard of care we provide.
